Registration is free. To be considered for a 20-minute oral presentation, you must register and submit an abstract by December 1st, 2023. Abstracts may be uploaded during the registration process, and should follow the formatting guidelines described below. All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizers. Acceptance is based on scientific content and relevance to the meeting goal, which is to showcase the use of a variety of the Immcantation tools in advancing knowledge of adaptive immune responses. Abstracts should state explicitly how Immcantation was used in the research.

Selected speakers will be contacted by email by December 15th, 2023. The final program and selected abstracts will be published on January 8th, 2024.

Abstract formatting guidelines

An abstract template is available for download here. Please note the following:

  • There is only one abstract allowed per presenting author.
  • The presenting author must be underlined.
  • Use the asterisk symbol (*) to signify the Corresponding Author(s).
  • The title should be in bold text and title case.
  • There should be no comments, text or image boxes in the abstract.
  • .rtf, .docx, .pdf documents only.
  • 250 words maximum.

Acceptance notification: December 15th, 2023

Final program: January 8th, 2024
