Registration and abstract submission

Registration is free. To be considered for a presentation, you must register and submit an abstract by November 22nd, 2019. Abstracts may be uploaded during the registration process, and should follow the formatting guidelines described below. All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizers. Acceptance is based on scientific content and relevance to the meeting goal, which is to showcase the use of a variety of the Immcantation tools in advacing knowledge of adaptive immune responses. Abtracts should state explicity how Immcantation was used in the research.

Selected speakers will be contacted by email by December 20th, 2019. The final program and selected abstracts will be published on January 10th, 2020.

Abstract formatting guidelines

An abstract template is available for download here.

One abstract per presenting author.
250 words maximum.
Title in bold text.
Title cannot be in all capital letters.
Presenting author must be underlined.
Use the asterisk symbol (*) to signify the Corresponding Author(s).
No comments, text or image boxes in the abstract.
